Parties and descriptions
Packagegridline publishes informational pages about shipment and inventory visibility work and about a local data tracking utility. The website does not sell freight, warehouse labour, financial products, or cryptocurrency services. Descriptions of boards and visits are invitations to discuss work, not automated contracts.
Acceptance
Continued browsing, printing of pages, or commissioning work after these terms are posted constitutes acceptance. Commissioned work may also be confirmed in a letter or invoice that incorporates these terms.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and original board templates prepared by Packagegridline remain our copyright until a visit letter says otherwise. Photographs of client floors are used with permission or are licensed stock. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy board templates for resale.
Marvel names and related images, where mentioned, belong to their rights holders. Binance® belongs to Binance Holdings Limited. Use on this site is for compatibility or review wording only.
Local utility
Any desktop utility mentioned is a local data tracking and analytical notebook. It is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. It does not hold funds, access private keys, or execute transactions. Availability, if any, is through a normal link to Veve, not a file served from this domain.
No payments on this site
Listed rates are informational. We do not process cards, wallets, or on-site checkout.
Liability
Visibility boards reflect the files and floor conditions you show us. We are not liable for stockouts, carrier fines, spoiled product, or lost sales that continue after a board is hung. Advice is informational record-keeping support, not investment, legal, or insurance advice. Our aggregate liability for a paid visit is limited to the fees you paid for that visit, except where law in GE forbids a limitation.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from a Packagegridline engagement are governed by the laws of GE, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts competent in GE have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date of the posted version controls.
