Shipment and inventory visibility board
From USD 6,800 for a single-site board covering up to six named lanes and the inventory families those lanes move. A site with more than twelve doors, two storage types, or a required night observation is quoted after a telephone scoping call. The fee covers the floor walk, the board, the refresh rules, and two tuning sessions. It does not cover WMS licences, extra labor on your payroll, or printed hardware beyond a reasonable plotter set.
Lane health review
USD 1,450 per named inbound or outbound lane, including one week of appointment and in-gate file reading plus a half-day debrief. Shared doors used by several carriers add billed hours at USD 165.
Inventory flow map
From USD 2,200 for a warehouse under 80,000 square feet with one primary storage type. Pushback, drive-in, or extensive floor stack is quoted from photographs and a floor plan before we travel.
Board stewardship
USD 900 per monthly visit day once a board is live. Travel outside a same-day driving radius from Duluth is billed at cost. Missed visits are covered on the refund page.
What moves a quote
- Number of dock doors that must appear on the board
- Whether inbound and outbound share the same door set
- How many inventory families cause dock arguments today
- Whether we must observe a second shift
- Quality of ASN and cycle-count files you can actually produce
