What we collect
The static site itself does not ask for your name, email, telephone, or project details. Server logs operated by a host may include IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and uptime. If you write or telephone us, we keep the content of that exchange long enough to answer you and, if work follows, to perform the visit.

Purpose and legal basis
We process log data to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. We process correspondence to respond to a request you initiated. Where GE or other applicable law requires a basis, those purposes are legitimate interests in running a small professional desk and, for a paid visit, performance of the engagement.
Retention
Host logs follow the host’s rotation, typically under 90 days unless an incident requires a longer hold. Letters and emails about a declined visit are kept up to 12 months. Files from a paid board visit are kept up to 7 years for accounting and dispute context, then destroyed or returned if the visit letter requires return.
Processors and transfers
